• RO reinstallation is NOT covered within the AMC
• Any natural disasters or accidents NOT caused by MAKPY technicians are not covered within the AMC

RO Servicing

• Visit charges for domestic RO 12 litres per hour are Rs 299/- per visit
• In case of part replacement, the part-charge may be shared real-time after inspection to help the customer make a decision
• New RO Installation – Rs 500/-
• ALL charges are for Noida. Please contact us to know charges for work area outside Noida
• ALL service calls are liable to be attended with 24-48 business hours
• Our technicians are on a weekly off on Mondays
